3. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Just After Promotions are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital marketing, advertising spend, creative production, and strategic planning, refunds will not be issued once services have commenced.

However:

If a client is dissatisfied, we may, at our discretion, offer an alternative service, revised strategy, or service credit of equal value instead of a refund.

• Full or partial payment must be made before service execution begins.

• Late payments may result in service suspension.

• Advertising budgets (Google, Meta, YouTube, etc.) are separate from service fees unless otherwise agreed.

• All third-party platform fees are the client’s responsibility.

We guarantee effort, expertise, and strategic execution — not specific numerical outcomes.

Clients agree to:

Failure to cooperate may impact campaign performance, and we are not liable for such outcomes.

7. Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of their original music and brand assets.

However:

• Just After Promotions may use campaign materials, visuals, and results for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Edited videos, creatives, and campaign materials remain property of Just After Promotions until full payment is received.
